Affordable Housing Questions

The council have told me that there is no problem buying another property down the line once the Affordable property remains your primary residence.

According to BOI, an affordable property doesnt have any serious impact on your Credit Rating. I didnt dig too deep into this one but will be again over the next couple of week.
 
Very interesting thread, you guys have nothing to worry about.

Purchasing an affordable home will have no adverse affect on your credit rating unless you fail to meet your mortgage repayments.
