Hi,
I have a quick qestion which seems to be a greay area among friends. I have an afforadable house which i bought in 2006. My mortgage is with DCC and we pay rent and mortgage in the combined monthly mortgage payment. My question is when our mortgage term is finished (another 26 years) do I officially own the house? My friends think I will still have to pay rental every month therefore I will never fully own my own home but surely this is not afforable houseing and not what i signed up for!!!
