Advice needed - joint savings account

Hi all

just wondering if anyone can help with some advice. Myself and my boyfriend want to open up a joint savings account. Only thing is that he is currently living in Denmark...but will move over here eventually. Can anyone offer any suggestions on how we could do this ?...I had thought about opening up the account in my name, but afaik...he will be charged €15 each time he transfers money from his danish account to our new savings account....any opinions on an international account...if such things exist....

If your boyfriend opened a Danish savings account and just transferred money to your Irish joint account say every six months them the fee would only amount to €30 a year.You would also have a record of regular saving for both your incomes.
