Accounts package with bank /credit card integration to UB

We are an expanding registered charity looking for an accounts package. No employees, no VAT, mainly a large number of different expenses and various streams of income. So full bank integration with our Ulsterbank account is essential.

We have the free trial of Quickbooks but it doesn't list Ulsterbank.ie for connection. Just UB uk which is of course not the same. And the pdf downloads UB provides won't work for manual upload to QB.

Is anyone aware of another accounts package that will integrate with our UB Business account? Or better still, know of a way round the Quickbooks impasse?

Ulster Bank would be best placed to answer this question. Given their ongoing IT issues, it wouldn't surprise me if they did not have an offering in this space.
 
You'd think so, wouldn't you? I rang them first, was passed to 4 different sections none of whom could help, so after 25 mins I gave up. We're trialling Xero now which looks more promising.
