Access to car ? when filling in Statement Of Personal Information

Hi we are in the process off filling in the statement of personal information forms for the Bankruptcy Division, in one off the questions it says have you disposed of any vehicle in the last 12 months and to specify where the vehicle is.

I sold the vehicle to my mother as she needed a run around I had it for sale on a few sites but then my mum calls and says she would buy it. Do you think they will take this vehicle off her it is worth about 2500 and I sold it to her in November 2014

Freaking out about this right now has anyone had any experience in this

The ISI have recently organised access to the Government's database of car ownership, so they will identify the transfer of the car in any event.

As long as you sold it for market value your mother will not have an issue. The question will be what did you do with the €2,500?
