Just in need of some advice.
I've been recently offered a 2 bed apartment through the affordable housing scheme.
I'm undecided whether to take it or not.
The market value of the apartment is e255,000 and they are offfering it to me for e167,000...
But I am really worried that if house prices do fall then I'd be in a difficult situation.
I could possibly be able to afford a house to buy "normally" DEPENDING on how much house prices come down.
ANY advice is greatly appreciated!
