, Im trying to find out if all the ecb rate cuts since last september have beeen passed on by ACCbank on their residential mortgages..I imagine their residential loan book is quite small which is why I have never heard them mentioned in any discussion on ecb rate cuts. Also they are immune(sort of) to pressure from the Irish government as they are not covered by all the Irish govt. guarantees(I think).
The reason I ask is that my friend s mortgage has recently reduced but she says this is the first decrease in the last year and she is on a residential variable rate..
