2 months rent as deposit

Well thanks all. I had it up for 3 days asking 2 months deposit. 5 enquires only. Had it up the last 3 days with 1 month deposit. 40 enquires and 6 viewings arranged for this afternoon.

I guess Ireland ain't ready for more than 1 month deposit yet!!!
