1st Time renting a house in 10 yrs - what can i claim?

I'm selling my house and renting for a period of time.

I will have to cancel my TRS when I repay my mortgage.

Can anyone advise me what I am entitled to claim in the form of rent relief etc?

Also, if i sign up for a 1 yr lease and need to leave before the end of the lease, what happens?

you'll get about €400 a year. Until its abolished in the next budget.

I can imagine thats possible well it could certainly be reduced at least if they want to sort out the property problem and would save the state some money in the process.
