12 month Lease coming to an end, what letter do I need to send tenants?

Hi,

I'm moving back into my house, which I've rented out for the past year. There's just over a month left on the 12 month lease. What letter do I need to send to the tenants to give them notice. Thanks in advance.

You need to be very careful that you send the correct letter (by registered post). Look up the PRTB website.

Wasn't aware of that or just didn't read the info properly myself. Thanks for the clarification.
