I have €33k to spend on a company car. Any suggestions???

I would go for a VW Passat. Lovely comfortable car. The 1.9TDi Coomfortline comes in at just over €32k. Looks very good in Gold.

No criteria. Was looking at VW passat alright. Was thinking of going for a cheaper version and adding some extras.

How long is a piece of string?

Do you want a big or small car, coupe, cabrio, hatchback, saloon, mpv or jeep?

Petrol or diesel?

How important is performance/economy?

How many passengers and what kind of annual mileage?

What do you drive now? What's the best and worst things about the current car?

Is depreciation a major concern?

What about the Octavia RS TDI

170 bhp in a car nearly as big as a passat.

...took the words out of my mouth! Nearly a Passat, but lots more for your money. Climate control for comfort, leather seats throughout (very practical if kids are involved!!) Great performance and economy from the same Passat engine. Pity I couldn't find a decent example when I recently replaced cars (RS2K knows what I'm on about!)

Honda Accord is a great car and very comfortable, especially if you are going to be driving long distances. 100% reliable also.

VW Passat
Volvo S40
Alpha 159
Ford Mondeo
Mazda 6
Opel Vectra
Toyota Avensis

???? Nice decision to have to make.....
