Tax Pack/ Sage Personal Tax

I work in a Small/Medium Practice. We use tax pack for all our personal tax returns (From 11). I arranged for a Sage demo for a seperate package called practice manager which took place yesterday. Rumor has it that MYOB (taxpack) has been taken over by a German crowd and that they may pull out of Ireland. Has anyone heard same or does anyone use either of the above software and if so which would they reccommend. We also use Sage accounts production and do all our CT returns on ROS offline. In summary, if we buy the sage practice manager they'll throw in the personal tax and CT modules. I'd like to hear other opinions or advice.
