Can anyone help with a contract query?
Have purchased a house from plans, it has gone over the date of completion.
A snag was completed but its weeks since and they have still not finished. At this stage would prefer to pull out but the agency have said as the snag has been completed they are within their contract.
Can anyone clarify when is completion, is it when they feel they have completed (snagging stage) or when the keys have been handed over?
