Key Post: Car rental in Germany

Hi all,

Wondering if anyone has any recomendations for car rental in Germany ? I have had a look through a few of the google results, but most of these sites seem to have severe issues actually completing an enquiry. I have lost track of the number of sites that have failed on me this evening.

I had a look in the AAM index and will folow some of the car rental links there, just wondering if there were any personal recomendations. Price is the issue, rather than sparkly or performance cars.

I've used sixt in the past to rent cars in France, though they are a German company.
