Default switching from Vodafone to UPC (Broadband)


I made a switch around march of last year from Vodafone to UPC due to recieveing very poor service. Have been since very happy with my UPC service. I have however now been contacted by vodafone to say they are sorry I am leaving them but I know owe them approximately 400 for the last year. I did inform them at the time I was leaving, however this was only verbal. I obviously have copies of UPC bills for the lat 10 months which prove they have been my service provider.

Has anyone else had this situation?
