Dublin independant financial advisors

Hello,
can any-one recommend a good independant financial advisor in Dublin?
I have large funds on deposit,but an even larger morgage,need to figure out
1)where i can get a safe return on my savings
2)whether i should repay some of my morgage
3)i have no pension plan,or income protection etc.
i feel i need professional impartial advise,as those i have dealt with are working on commisions... i was advised to invest in zurich protected funds,but don't want to lock away money in this current state of uncertainty
