Click2.ie - letting property to Local Authority

Has anyone had any experience of this site? I submitted a property recently and am wondering how long it takes to even get a response as to whether the property is acceptable. The property is currently pending review by Click2.ie, nevermind review by the local authority.

I submitted a property with our local authority directly. Did not use Click2 - never heard of it till now. Why not go directly to your LA instead of spending more money thru a third party?

Please beware! Click 2 is a private company offering a listing service. There is no fee to rent a property under the RAS scheme. They are also promoting a rent collection service - the govt will pay click 2 let then they'll deduct their "management" fee from the rent and submit the balance to you.
Deal directly with a tenant that qualifies for RAS imo.
