stryker interview

Hi guys, just wondering has anybody done the gallup test with stryker recently. I did one a few days ago and was wondering what other people's take on it is, what are they looking for?

Can you do a mock-type Gallup test online anywhere?

hI DB74, not a chance!!!! they ask random questions like 'are you aggressive' or 'are you an actor in your workplace'. Its fairly bizaare. I'm just wondering what they're looking for!!!

how did u get on with the galllup interview mwhich? i have one coming up as well, the stuff i have been reading about it is not good!!

Stryker is a company and Gallup run personality tests to help companies like Stryker to recruit staff. Is this correct?
