title says it all, ive looked at the site many times. seen it advertised in the broad sheets , its sponsored by UB but whats it supposed to do / mean.

Clearly a resource to assist owners of small business or would-be entrepreneurs. Granted, I haven't learned much more than the usual platitudes from the articles available on the site but the forums (fora, to all you latin speakers) might be more useful.
