could charitable organisations be offered redundancy?

i hope that i am posting this in the correct place....

im working in a charitable organisation that is directly funded by the hse, does anybody think that redundancy will be offered to these organisations in the future?

Not sure what you're asking but I will respond to what I think the question is.

If HSE funding stopped then I don't think that HSE would offer redundancy to you/the organisation's employees - the job would probably just go along with the funding.
