Please help

My 97 yo grandmother died in march she left me a sizeable bequest in her will my uncle was named as executor and probate was applied for but unfortunately my uncle has now died. i dont want to appear callous but i am in an extremely difficult financial position can anyone tell me what happens now and how much longer this is likely to take thanks
