I have a house under my name if we move to a larger house which will be our PPR <125sqm and financed by my wife will she qualify as a 1st time buyer.
i know this is not what the legislation was designed for but if its legal then hey!
I did speak to revenue, they said its a grey area, i as the husband would have a benifit from living in the new house.
Has anybody done this out there !
