MAIP documentation?

I went through a mortgage broker and gotten MAIP from two different providers however I have not received any documentation to confirm this bar the verbal confirmation from my broker.

Is this normal?

I'm in the process of negotiating offer on a house and this is the one thing I'm concerned about once finalised. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Ask your broker for a copy of the AIP.
