i'm wondering if i should payoff my mtg. with my pension i received after retiring . I currently have a 182000 mtg and about 50000 in credit card debt. I am employed but not earning nearly as much as i have previously and having difficulty keeping up with payments so have had to supplement salary while liquadating investments. I have a 300000 pension from my forced retirement and approximately 150000 IRA. Have spoken with financial advisors but have not gotten andy real help.
