Hi all, my uncle passed away in 2012 and left me a sum of money, probate was granted over 10 weeks ago, the executor resides in UK and is extremely rude and unapprochable. All that i know is that the bank in question is ptsb, any information that I am entitled to has been received from the probate office (which is not much). Can anyone advise me of time frame from receiving probate to funds been distributed.
