Cracked front exterior walls

Hi,

Building work has started in the school behind my house, there have been a lot of trucks carrying loads driving past our home and the weight of these has caused cracks to occur in our exterior walls. house was built in the last 5 years and i wonder if i have any recourse against the builder, as it would appear the house was not correctly built if cracks are occuring under such circumstances
