Does anybody know if its possible to get a single combined insurance policy to cover residential property and investment properties? If so who provides it? Thanks
as previous poster says, each property is insured separately. the rating structure of permuim and the benefits/covers available are also different. however, you may get a better deal if everything is with the one insurer.
It all depends, I am aware of one Insurer that does it so it is possible but not necessarily the best option. With off the shelf products like household insurance it won't necessarily make any difference to your premium to bundle all together.
