shipping bicycle to Germany

Trying to find the most cost effective way to get my daughter's bike to Berlin Germany. Anyone engaged a firm that they can recommend. any idea of the cost?

You could try a company called Gap Solutions. Their base is in Spain but they transport stuff between Ireland, France, Spain, Holland and possibly Germany too. The Irish guy is John Fitzgerald also known as Joni Fitz and you'll find his full contact details if you google the company or his name. His e-mail address is [email protected] He brought stuff from Spain to Ireland for us recently and is reasonably priced. He does runs every 2 weeks.

Unless it's a very expensive bike it might make more financial sense to just buy a second-hand one over there.

If you know anyone traveling, taking it along as luggage is probably the cheapest way.
