Are there any part time 3rd level engineering courses (preferably civil) for someone with no qualifications? Most seem to have a requirement for a level 6 qualification or a senior craft certificate. My brother is working full time as a builder since he was 19 but is hoping to upskill or make a possible career change. Based in Leinster but with distance learning it may be possible to study through other parts of the country.
