tax relief at source

Hi

RevCom calculated my TRS to be 0. I just want to know if this is correct.

I have a mortgage on a PPR since 2001 until 2006, so approx 6 years rlief used on this mortgage. I then stopped the TRS and I then rented this house and bought a house that I live in since 2006. This is a different home with a new mortgage so was I no longer entitled to relief since new system in 2009 as its only 7 years no matter what, or should I get the full 7 years again from 2006 on my new mortgage ?

were you claiming trs for teh second house you had bought,
because you were entitled to 20% of 3000 ceiling per person on that property.
you are now entitled to 15% on a ceiling of 3000 per person on this current property till 2012.
if you are with ub/fa due to the way they were calculating trs and the fact they only brought in the revenue changes in july, this could be the reason why you are entitled to 0.00.
if so you will receive trs again in jan.
