my sister is buying a half share of our mother's house. the house is worth €200,000 and half is worth €100,000. So she'll be paying €100,000. will she have to pay stamp duty, because her share is under €120,000?
You may be able to advise me as well ..... my uncle is giving me a site valued at 25k euro. the maps are drawn and will soon be off to the land regisrty .. will i have to pay stamp due first? I heard i will have to pay 1% ?
