Another stamp duty query

Hello.

I have an apartment & want to move on in the next year or so.

If I can't/choose not to sell it and rent it out instead, what are stamp duty implications?

I bought as FTB in 2001. I know there is stamp duty claw-back, but how much?

Purchase price was €176k back in 2001.
