Would anybody be able to direct me to any useful sources of information on criminal law further training/job opportunities? I am due to qualify as a solicitor in Spring 2009. I have no experience in the criminal field. The firm where I am based deals predominantly in Conveyancing and Family Law. I have a degree in Psychology and was wondering would this be in any way advantageous in pursuing a career in criminal law. I know there are some good Masters courses in Criminal law available but don't feel I could afford to do a full-time course.
