Refinancing

Hi All ,

I have a couple of buy to lets - they are now in positive equity "phew".

I am currently with AIB but I would like to move to another bank .

Can anyone recommend a bank who are investor friendly?

Do not think that any Bank is (investor friendly) for now.They have got scalded too badly, That will change.

For now, I would keep AIB on side and ensure you keep things right.
When things properly improve , unlike a lot of Buy to Lets you will be the blue -eyed boy who all Banks will then like to call Mister Customer!
