I have been approved for a mortgage with AIB for a very small amount - seems like the bank gave me the approval knowing that it wasnt enough but on their reports it still states a mortgage approval.
I have been told by a broker to apply for a mortgage through one of the companies they deal with called Haven - which i have found out is the broker arm of AIB.
My question is this, is there any point in applying to Haven through my broker knowing that they are owned by AIB who have already given me mortgage approval & can they see on their system what i have been approved for with AIB.
Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.
