mortgage top up

hi all,

want to do an extension ,
are TSB giving out mortgage top ups for same?
just simply don't have enough space at the moment,
i'm just wondering am i wasting my time or should i go for it.

owe 212,000
11 years into a 30 year mortgage.
no arrears.
south dublin.
