Changing / Switiching mortgage supplier

Hi all,

has anyone managed to switch affordable housing mortgage supplier ?

There is serious competition with KBC now offering significant difference in rates e.g. 3.79% (<80% with KBC Bank Account) compared to e.g. EBS/BOI e.t.c 4.5%

Has anyone managed to change supplier ?
