I am trying to get insurance just for rebuild of a house I rent out to tennants,but seem to always have to add contents which I dont need cover for,can someone let me know what company id the cheapest and does this thanks

You should be able to get buildings only cover with any insurer as they are separate policies

Do you not have any white goods etc. in the house that would need to be covered by insurance?

As well as rebuilding cover, you should look at having a landlord policy that includes increased Liability for tenants. If a tenant were to get injured and negligence was proved against you, you could be very exposed.
