Registered letter 7.28am attempted delivery

I sent some documents via registered post from Ireland to a UK insurance company. Anyway, I got an automated email today saying " attempted delivery at 7.28am no answer at address " on Saturday 28th December. Surely it is a bit much for the Royal Mail to expect an office to be open at 7.28am to attempt a delivery?

They always do this.

I sent stuff to the DWP offices in Newcastle by registered post and it was also failed delivery on a Saturday at a silly hour.

Surely they know that:

A. There would be no one in on a Saturday and
B. There would possibly be no one in at 7.30 in the morning anyways.
