I'm looking to buy my ex out of the house we both own in the North (but i've been living and working in the south for 8 years). It's worth about 120k and the redemption figure is 80k. She's only looking 15k to buy her out, were can i get a mortgage company that would remortgage for that amount (approx 95k) in the north , with me living down here? I earn 52k so it shouldn't be a problem affording it. Any ideas?
