I have some old £20 notes and didn't realise that they are no longer legal tender in the UK. Does anybody know if it's possible to change them in a bank, here?

Not sure if you can exchange them here or if/what it will cost you to do so. However you can post them to the Bank of England and they will send back either a sterling cheque or sterling cash dependent on the value

Details here:

Old bank notes sell for more than face value on eBay if the condition is good... Do a search for the ones you have and see what they are going for....
