Dear All,
I am a PA and interested in networking with other people in a similar position to me. I have a few things I would like some help with that I reckon that a lot of my peers also come across. You folks may have better ideas than little old me! :)

How can I track correspondences coming into and leaving my organisation? In particular I deal with FOI requests, complaints etc. These can be received by a number of other staff. Althought I have requested to be copied with these correspondences they often fail to appear. I also need a system for logging correspondences, noting who is dealing with them, recording when the replies are sent and getting copies of the replies. Currently I am struggling with scanning and logging into an Excel database, but its not ideal. Any tips?
