Are there any companies that repair furniture, specifically sofas?

The supports seem to have given way slightly. Might be more cost effective to replace at this stage, but thought I'd explore other avenues first.

Hi CCOVICH,

You could try ringing [broken link removed] who do reupholstering. They must come across this type of thing when recovering furniture. They are very good and helpful even if it is a small shop. Even if they don't do it they might be able to tell you if it is worthwhile to get the job done and make a recommendation also.

Thanks Sue, will give them a call and see what they say.

Thanks-can you recommend anyone in particular?

I have used a company in Bray called Apollo Upholstery, they called and collected my sofa and repaired it within a few days and returned it at a very good price

It needed frame repair as there was a knot at a stress point which gave in

You could try Noel Ryan down in Glashule Dun Laoghaire.
