D Diziet Registered User Messages 673 7 Aug 2011 #6 Same as store bought yoghurt. It gets more acidic as it gets older. Keep it covered in the fridge. Home made yogurt is great! You can strain it in a cheesecloth to make Greek style yoghurt.
