Liability For LPT In Marital Separation

Hello

I am going through a judicial seperation process, whereby my wife is buying me out of the jointly owned family home by consent. This will be ruled by a court prior to the 1st November 2014, but the actual conveyance on the property from joint ownership will only take place after the 1st November, as there is a wait to get the deeds of the house. I have just got the LPT bill letter which is addressed to me only. Can anyone clarify who is liable for the LPT in this set of circumstances? Myself ? My wife? Both of us? Thank you in advance
