can i drive a taxi on rent?

hi folks, i am thinking to get a psv taxi license, but as i know after getting a license buying a new taxi is big fortune, so my question is can i drive someone else taxi on rent every week if i am a new entrant in the business as i may not afford buying a new car for it? please help me with your advices. thanks a million.

Yes, you can rent a Taxi. You must have an SPSV licence yourself first of course.
