Other Looking for insurance for a pre 63 house in 4 flats

Hi,

I am wondering if anyone could recommend a company that would cover a house which is pre-63 and divided into 4 flats. Never had a claim and the previous insurer has been taken over and no longer covers this type of building.

Any advice or help appreciated.

Try a mortgage broker, it's very difficult to get cover for these types of apartments. Alliance does it.

Really difficult to secure.
