Any bank/institution out there able to better 5.9% APR on a commercial vehicle loan?

If you're buying new, Volkswagen are offering 0% finance on their vans at the moment - heard the radio advert several times this week.

There may not be quite the difference in overall cost as there first appears, between a 141 reg @ 5.9% pa and a 0% new VW. It may well be worth running the numbers, then considering any additional benifits that come with the new vehicle, such as warranty etc.
