anyone any info on how i can get rid of marks on lacquered wooden table?do i need to send it away to be sorted or could i do it myself?.i live in kildare if anyone knows someone that can solve this problem

If marks from crayons/pens etc or even heat rings, WD40 might help (generally not problematic to finish, but check on an inconspicuous area first - as they say)

Dampen a soft clean cloth with water, dip in cigarette-ash and polish the damaged area with a gentle circular motion. Wipe off with a clean dry cloth periodically and check on progress.

Baby oil! Put a small amount of baby oil on a cotton bud or a soft cloth and gently rub in in a circular motion. You may have to repeat a few times to completely remove the mark.

The problem may not be on the surface... it can be below the top layer.

No solution really but to get rid of the marks.. are they white rings? So you need to sand below them, then re-finish. Not 100% certain about this advice so maybe double check.. or see what others say...
