Hi Guys,
This is my first post so if i put this in the wrong place, I'm sorry.
So my question, I have recently sent off for my credit report from ICB and there is nothing on there as i have never had credit.
I want to get a mortgage through Bank of Ireland, is this the same report they will look at or will they look somewhere else? will this effect me getting the mortgage, i have about 20% deposit saved and am working.
Any help or guidance appreciated.
